We didn't have much luck seeing the elephant herd. But the way, the drive was enchanting! Beautiful streamlets and silver stream waterfalls sprinkled all through the way. We were blessed with drizzling rain all through out.

Great place for nature lovers.. but little away from the Munnar town.. around 40 km from the Munnar..
Excellent view of forest and wild elephants..In the evening time elephants coming to drink water..
They come in groups including the smaller ones.. During summer the chances are more... According to the locals this water contains some minerals..
You can watch from the safer distance.. This place is very interesting for nature lovers and adventure tourists..
You can get snacks and drinks near this point..
But the road condition is average.
Better to take Jeep..
Finally it is great experience...
