On a nice sunny day It's lovely to walk along the promenade to see the couple's statue. I'm not sure of the history behind it, but it's a nice vocal point.

Great to see interesting art work in such an unassuming place. We are both painters and really loved having a view of this from the window of our room in the old ship inn. It seems this little town has a thriving arts community

Why oh why does anybody think that this is worth ruining a beautiful view for? Somebody somewhere has paid for this. Very sad!

Curious statue out at sea. The surrounding area is not of interest - not to us anyway! Worth stopping for 5 mins to check out the statue, then go somewhere more interesting instead....!
