I visited the tearoom with a group of cyclists so didn’t get much of a chance to explore the antiques part of the business - I will return for that. The tearoom was great though. We were welcomed as we arrived and advised where to leave our bikes (it was our first visit). Service was swift and the cakes were excellent. As a cycling group we have found some great coffee & cake stops in Kent and we will now add this place to the list. We were all very happy to have discovered it. I will lead the group here next time it is my turn to decide the route.…

We have been here several times and have brought several items. Lovely well looked after Barn full of lots of items and a treat just to walk around it. Well laid out with prices on every item. Worth looking as you just might find something to tempt you. Great staff who do not pester you as you peruse the interesting antique stock. Check out the tearoom before leaving.…
