L'Adelasia è un tesoro nascosto dell'entroterra ligure di ponente: un bosco di faggi ultrasecolari, già teatro delle battaglie napoleoniche in Val Bormida, situato non lontano dalla costa - raggiungibile in poco tempo dalla A6, uscendo al Casello di Altare, oppure percorrendo le strade provinciali da Savona o Pontinvrea.
Favolosa in ogni stagione (ottimo riparo alla calura estiva, ad esempio), la riserva naturale farà la felicità degli escursionisti poiché è percorsa da vari sentieri ad anello, ben segnalati, non difficoltosi e di varia lunghezza. Questi permettono di addentrarsi in ambienti naturali eterogenei e di godere notevoli panorami sulle alpi marittime.
Soddisfatti anche i fotografi, che potranno trovare scenari mozzafiato, di grande ispirazione.
Favolosa in ogni stagione (ottimo riparo alla calura estiva, ad esempio), la riserva naturale farà la felicità degli escursionisti poiché è percorsa da vari sentieri ad anello, ben segnalati, non difficoltosi e di varia lunghezza. Questa Riserva è un vero tuffo nella natura! Dopo la calura delle spiagge ligure ed il mare cristallino qui si respira un clima di altri tempi. Profumi dimenticati che sanno di antiche leggende. Faggi, castagni e conifere svettano nel cielo terso e dalle macchie basse escono curiosi i caprioli. La Valbormida è sempre inaspettata e ricca di storia!

dopo aver fatto una bella passeggiata nei sentieri tracciati segnalati del parco on si puo evitare di fermarsi al rifugio Cascina miera per uno spuntino o anche per una bella grigliata.

Bella escursione dopo una nevicata, un paesaggio da fiaba. Indicazioni chiare x seguire i vari percorsi anche con la neve, bel paesaggio. PossibilitĂ di effettuare vari percorsi ad anello con lunghezze e durate diverse. Mi ripropongo di andare anche in altra stagione.
