On our guided tour (in English and French) we were introduced to and told stories about the various animals. My favorite were the Toucans with their bright colorful bills and we were given a small amount of banana to feed them with (great photo opportunity)....More

We had a wonderful time here- there is so much to see and learn about the stories of the animals. We don't participate in zoos, but as this is a rescue and rehabilitation place it was a terrific opportunity to see the animals of Panama...More

Our guide was very nice and knowledgeable. He had good energy amd loved talking about his animals. This is an animal rehabilitation zoo. Nice gift shop. The cafe was closed tho.

Sad to say not much here. They do good work but it is pricey to get it! I wish them much luck though.

Privately owned, rescue and rehabilitation center is very costly to maintain and properly feed all of the animals and give them the necessary veterinarian care. We currently have over 100 animals and about twenty different species. Thank you for your comments.

All animals are either rescued or confiscated (from negligent owners or by the government). Zoo is small and privately owned. Animals are very well cared for. Not all animals on the website may be on site - they may have been released or passed on...More

I took my 8th grade class to this wonderful rescue zoo. We had the most amazing hands on experience. My students were able to prepare food for the animals and then feed them. The center itself is clean and well maintained. The staff is amazing....More

Good evening How many people would you be? If you are more than eight , we can have someone pick you up for a fee or there are plenty taxi tour guides that can assist you.
