This is a fantastic place to take a young family. Lots to do and see, nice walks and lots of animals to teach little ones about. Also gives you an insight as to what life was like on a farm many years ago. Well recommended

Went here in March 17 for a 3rd Birthday party and was thoroughly impressed. My two preschoolers really enjoyed the visit. The party was shown round by farmer Chris who was fun, knowledgeable and an all round great host. There are various happy looking farm animals, a victorian farm house with victorian outfits for the kids to try on and... More

A visit to the actual farm museum is a step back in time. Its worth it for one time. After that it is a little samey. The park has an enclosed dog exercise field where your dog can run wild without running away. Plenty of woodland walks and even a river walk too.

This is a great place for kids and adults alike. Set up to resemble a Victorian era farm, there are plenty of animals, activities and interesting artefacts to keep even the most curious young people entertained. Some very nice walks outside of the farm area too.

This is a great place, a yesteryear working farm with olde-worlde farm house and loads of baby animals (in appropriate season). There are often volunteers to talk you through the experience of working on a farm, and lots of crafts to see like woodsman and blacksmith. Plus a tea room. There are also the woodland walks and kids adventure park... More

We have been to Manor Farm a few times and the kids really enjoy getting close to the animals. The farm has a Victorian theme and shows how things used to be done. They also let little ones feed the animals which was great for getting big smiles in photos. Definitely worth a visit.

We understand that Avian Flu is meaning that the birds are shut away but disappointed with the experience. We were given season tickets and have visited four or five times. Other people had spoke positively about the farm but without the gift we wouldn't pay the entry fee to visit. Best bit is usually the wandering chickens. A very small... More

First time here to the magnificent hidden gem. Still functioning as a farm and in great location. Lots of options and places to see. From great views to little churches, cottages, farm houses, barns and granary with one long drive way with everything In between. Great place to go with an interesting local history.
