It was a bit confusing to find but once I go the Friars Bay beach, I found the way to the Happy Bay easily. After the little over 10 mins hike, you'll see the spectacular, beautiful beach. There are only less than 10 people there....More

It was a little hike but well worth it! Definitely bring snacks or drinks if you plan on staying awhile.

Happy Bay delivered exactly what we were looking for in a beach. We wanted seclusion and clear, clean water. The "hike" over from Friar's Bay was super easy (this coming from an out of shape American ;) haha). We did it in flip flops and...More

There are three ways to get to this gem of a beach. First from Friars Bay beach up a 15 minute path that is a rocky walk up and down a hill at the end of the beach or from a road down a bit...More

Definitely one of my faves!! Absolutely love it. Water was nice and clear, and it was not too crowded.

Happy Bay Beach is small - maybe 2 or 300 yards. It is an interesting 20 minute walk from Friars Bay. There are iguanas, aloe plants and cactus along the way and then you come to the beach. It is across from the near midpoint...More

It has now been ruined and is accessible by road and hosts a music festival. This was a hike in, remote, and mostly unknown beach. "call some place paradise, kiss it goodbye"

This was a wonderful pet friendly beach. We dropped anchor about 50 yards out and float/swam in. There were many nude sunbathers and everyone was friendly. come early if you want a shade tree or bring your umbrella.

My daughter loved the surf. The water was an amazing color, soft sand and unbelievable views. This is a nude beach though so beware when bringing children that there will be nudists there.

Yes. It wasn't clear to us exactly what was being built or how extensive it was going to be - only that the pace seemed unhurried.
