One hour drive outside Udon Thani, this lake with plenty of lotus flowers is well worth paying a visit, especially when flowers are blossom. Plenty of boats are ready for visitors to take them for a an hour ride (300 baht per boat).

It takes about an hour to drive from Udon Thani. I couldn't find public transport other than a taxi. There are tour boats to take you out to see the red lotus blossoms (cost about 350B). It costs 20b to park. According to the locals...More
