The description says it all - flea market. Varies from beautiful religious brasswear to shuttlecocks picked up from a local playground. A good way to kill a couple of hours and look at plenty of things you'll never buy. There is usually a van selling freshly made churros. Tasty and not expensive either. More food vans are opening over the last few years and the market is extending much further down in each direction in the summer.

You will still find the same things as other markets in the surrounding areas as far as new items go but this one has a bit more of an appeal as lots of other stalls selling things of more interest to the other half ! Recommend going early as parking can be a problem as it was very busy.

Differently from other markets I’ve visited in the area, the Jalón market has a much bigger percentage of flea market type of stalls. There are some nice finds, mostly at reasonable prices. We arrived there at 10 and for the next two hour it was ok, but then it became too crowded and hot. So go early. It is easy to park in the parkings just across the street.

I was surprised how big this market was I was expecting a few stalls but like Dr Who's tardis it went on forever, there was the usual hat , bag , sunglasses stalls but also , war memorabilia, paintings, posters, pottery stalls, well worth a visit if you are around on a Saturday morning.
