This was the only place with the fort, I think which allowed us to go inside with some minimum entry ticket. Fort has a great view but had this amazing encounter with head priest of the church who was very kind and humble.

This Church is a symbol of one of the powerful countriest in the past! and hope in the future too! there is also a museum, really advice to you to visit that museum. there is an old history. on the wall you can see also...More

Won't take much time, visitors will be rewarded with great panoramic view on Alazani valley from the top part of the castle.

Very small place, not much to explore but good to walk around for few hours.We visited the place on our trip Kakheti and it didn't disappointed. Kids enjoyed in city and roam around for few hours.

It is nice to see the place, but we needed 10 min to see it all. If you are passing by, it is worth stopping, but not worth driving here only to see Gremi.
