This review is quite late. I visited Ethno Park during my trip to Signagi last autumn. It was a long walk from Signagi city center but turned out to be worth all my efforts. I found their page in FaceBook which gives lots of information:
Sighnaghi Ethnographic Park
Restaurant TAVADURI
Signagi Ethnic Park is located in Sighnaghi 117 kilometers from Tbilisi. The territory covers an area of 3.5 hectares bordering with the road connecting Sighnaghi - Tsnori, a secondary road leading to the center of Sighnaghi, wood, stone wall and the adjacent park.
Ethnic Park is created in the typical architectural style of eastern Georgia taking into account the distinctive features of its nooks. The complex will introduce the visitors and tourists with the history, culture, architecture, traditions, rituals, kitchen of the Eastern Georgia and with details of everyday life of the local population characterizing by its free and easy hospitality, clean childlike naivety and a great sense of humor. One of the most important approaches of the project is that the visitor will be not only a passive observer but as well he himself will take part in many activities typical of the local culture. The environment existing in the Ethnic Park, a number of cognitive and entertainment places, dishes made from local, organic products can satisfy all manners of worldly-wise man and especially those who likes Georgia, is interested in its history and culture, enjoys a pleasant pastime with friends, relaxing outdoor holiday and, finally, likes to have a tasty lunch.
From the territory one can enjoy the vies the beautiful city of Sighnaghi and enchanting Alazani valley which is blue in the distance like the sea, Caucasian ridge and Signagi fence like the Great Wall running between the trees on the high mountains are perfectly visible. Ethnic Park is located at 810 meters above sea level. This nook of the world is characterized by moderate climate making it attractive for tourists in all seasons, but it is especially beautiful in spring and autumn.
On the territory in the ancient times there was a royal residence that emphasizes the historical significance of this place. As well a huge amount of archaeological materials found both in Sighnaghi (the fossils of the Paleolithic period found here indicate that this place was already inhabited by people) and in other parts of the Kakheti is kept here.
The exterior and the style of the Ethic Park are created by a lot of elements and components scattered throughout the complex: haystacks and adobe, cellar, stream, torne (Georgian bakery), all these elements are not only the carriers of a decorative element but they are also created for visitors to be really involved to all those everyday household activities which the population of Eastern Georgia traditionally carried out. The general direction of the complex is to acquaint the tourists with the history and culture of the Eastern Georgia. Throughout the territory there are various exhibits. Here are: ethnographic clothes, Georgian carpets, musical instruments, weapons, archaeological materials, decorations.
The Ethnic Park tour includes:
• feast for foodies who can enjoy the Kakhetian traditional dishes at the restaurant TAVADURI;
• feast for lovers of fine wine - tasting of different kinds of wine and getting acquainted with their history in the cellar;
• wine shop;
• visit of ethnographic museum;
• making of churchkhela and guests participation in its making;
• baking of Kakhetian bread - shoti and guests participation in its baking;
• exhibition of Georgian grape varieties;
• walk in the forest park on the paved stone path, rest in the hammocks.
Tasting of different wine varieties, making of churchkhela and baking of bread - these rituals have to be agreed (the number of guests and time of the start of the tour) with the Sales Department of the Ethnic Park in advance.

We stumbled upon the park after a stroll outside of Signaghi. There is a small museum hall with old artefacts of Georgian life (weapons, pottery, instruments etc.). The super friendly attendant explained everything to us (despite speaking no English, he tried very hard to communicate and we could ask him all questions (with help of gestures etc.). The hall is dusty and a bit moldy - outdated - but it didn't matter. Afterwards we had a glass of wine on the deck, with a marvelous view of the Caucasus mountains.

This is a village that has had considerable funding (not sure from where), but has given the place a real uplift. The village is not only very attractive, but has a real history, and some of the buildings reflect this. It is also a spellbinding location close to Russian border / Caucasian moutains. lovely church , nice squares and C14th "city" walls with supporting defensive towers.

The park is sprawling, unkempt in parts and at odds with the highly developed nature of the rest of Signagi. Nevertheless, it's naturally beautiful and makes for a nice walk that feels as if no one else is around for some way. The views over the surrounding valley are very impressive and though I wouldn't spend all afternoon in the park, it's worth seeing.

We went to the Tavaduri Restaurant for a wine tasting which was very pleasant. The food was delicious. We didn't visit anything else in the park.

A nice spot to go and enjoy nature overlooking the Alazani valley, you get a feeling of being one with nature and the hikes are not complex but still be sure to have good footwear. The information centre is well set up too with many items from the history of the area and of Georgia throughout the millennia.

I was in this museum in March 2017.
I don't recommend anyone to spend time for this museum. If you are in Sighnaghi for three weeks or a month, in this case you can visit. However, it is not recommended to visit this museum if your trip only for two and three days.
I found nothing special in this museum. There are few exponents in the museum, which is not so valuable and interesting. When we entered to the yard, the museum was closed. After some time the girl came and opened.
The price was 3 Lari, which is very expensive for this museum.

There is a small visitors center where you can get an idea of the people and history. The park is nice to walk in with a beautiful view of the Alazani valley.

From Telavi we came to Signahi. Just one day. We walked around the city, looked at the fortress wall, went to the monastery. The park apparently didn't get in our way. But it just happened.
