Super friendly staff, great locals, fantastic home cooked food, kids welcome for meals, dog friendly, and on the foot of the brecon Beacons what more could you ask for. I've spent many nights here recently and always always have a fantastic time.

Had the £8.95 beer and meal deal - very good. Friendly staff good food, nice atmosphere, good beer, reasonably priced. The curry (madras) was excellent.

Thoroughly enjoyable experience, very friendly, spotlessly clean, limited but very well executed menu. Wine list is good, service excellent, reasonable prices, good sized portions, the chicken madras curry was the best we have eaten. A return viusit is on the cards.
