I attended a private event here last night that was simply stunning. The castle is aging gracefully and is full of character and luxurious details from a bygone era. The rooms and hallways are appropriately grand, as are the gardens. Well worth a visit.
Instead of going to the big castles, where people are too numerous we decided to visit this one.... So gorgeous, near to an excellent restaurant and to Fidenza where you can find anything you need (in case you forgot sth at home as we did;)))...More
Unknown fortress near Parma. Nice guide, short visit 'cause it's still inhabited, so, many rooms aren't open to the public. Even though it's worth a visit since the furniture are splendid and well preserved and the same goes for the frescoes.
Very well preserved ancient house with terrific frescos. The prince still living there. To be visited with guided tour and the guide was passionate and professional. Definitely worth to get there for a visit.
