The view is breathtaking, but the katakomvs and the ancient roman theatre are closed on Mondays. We went there on Monday just to find out that they were closed.

Large, well preserved Roman theatre. Excellent information boards show just how big and therefore important the theatre was originally.

Beautiful ancient theater; recently renovated; active venue for concerts. Magic beauty on a sweet night with melodies above the gulf of Milos. I had the luck to attend a concert on songs of Manos Loizos. Unforgettable experience!

What an amazing place. I know that restoration of ancient ruins divides people but I think this has been done very well. I would be interested to know if they ever stage pays here as it's an amazing place with fantastic acoustics.

Came here with my daughter in the Kate afternoon. It was possible for me to sit in the back row and listen to my daughter give me a rendition of her school play. Pretty cool. Worth a visit

Picturesque scenario and great view are the must at this very well restored ancient Roman theatre. Free entrance. Leave your car or motorbike at the catacombs' parking lot. No facilities. No handicap accessible.

We just arrived before sunset and wandered around. The acoustic were as good as all these theatres. Lovely view from the theatre.
