This is a distance from Bangkok centre. Best way to get there is the BTS train to Samrong (you may or may not need to change trains and platform at Bearing for the last bit) and then a 100-130 baht taxi. It will be known...More

We took an Uber from Bangkok to the Ancient City. The place was amazing we rented a golf cart to explore since the place is humongous! We had a great time exploring and seeing some of the awesome replicas.

There are food stalls in the floating market and they sell snacks and drinks as well. I have actually walked through the whole thing before but you should definitely rent a golf cart or take a bike if possible. :)

I did see a mini van in driving in the area with tourists. However, you should first ask your driver if it is possible or call the site ahead of time. You will probably have to pay extra for using the mini van.
