Hi Russ.... I also just visited the "Arch Ancestors Experience" and it was a joke, at best! It was also a loss of time. Their reply to your comment was of "why didn't you address this with them at the end of the "show" .... how could they make right an awefull worthless "show"? They advertise as a "tribe". According to a book that I borrowed from our ship, that was a "family unit", NOT a tribe! The 12 yo girl wore her Sunday's (church) best, not a classical Maori wear. Most men wore the knit sweats. The supposed "kiwiana confectionary" was a wrapped candy from Australia (not New Zealand). Read my report, I gave them a worse review than you did. We were charged $138, ALL of which was refunded to me in cash. BTW.... our "show" took place in not the usual place due to a fire, or something like this, so the place was more like a school cafeteria (with no eels as described elsewhere). If the show couldn't take place in the regular place, they should have said so before we set out, and a refund given to those who decided to stay behind. We were a group of about 200, so I guess the people in the back could see very little as well. AWEFULL..... and the "main family man" has the gull to chastise you for putting a bad report! I will go further and through Cruisecritic report to all going in the near future!
