We were quite surprised how nice this trail was and that it is so well maintained. Just parked at the Arena and went for a nice long walk do give it a try. We went to enjoy the Fall colours.

My family and I use the trail all the time to get back and forth to the shops on summer days. Very clean and havent encountered any unpleasant people or wildlife.

Bayer Lake Loop Trail is located near Musquodoboit Harbour. It is about 40 min drive from down town Halifax. We took highway 7, and than 107. The trail starts from the Railway Museum, but we drove further to Park Road (behind the farmer's market building....More
