Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

This building is an extremely imposing and iconic landmark in Quebec; it is not as old as one might think. The picture on the left does not do it justice. It represents the English strand of a very French city and province. The cold day we arrived we had hot chocolate in one of the dining rooms on the main floor. Later that week, on the strong suggestion of friends, we had their high tea, which requires advance reservations; it was a leisurely affair, lasting a couple of hours as I recall. There were about four delicious offerings of sweets. On a different day we had an excellent lunch, served by a friendly and efficient server. From the dining ares we were able to lookout on the long boardwalk and, beyond, the St. Lawrence River.

We were lucky enough to have 5th row seats, but this venue is small enough that even the worst seats would be close. There are also two levels of seats going around the theater, so you have those as an additional option.

Interior is gorgeous. Crisp and modern but also cozy. Exterior is amazingly antique. The performance was disappointing but the venue superior.

the sound is great, you’ll never hear a microphone feedback in this venu, nor will you hear anything wrong with the sound. it has been desig for accoustic but sounds great with amplified music to. the “raoul-jobin” room is a big show venu but there is also a smaller room for press conference and smaller corporative event.

The Palais Montcalm, in Quebec, is located in the historic part of Quebec. The theatre itself has the classical look but has been modernised for today's stage productions. Very lovely, great staff and not a bad seat in the house.

We heard a jazz concert here on our first night in Quebec City. Walking up to this gorgeous building was only topped by the totally renovated and modern theatre, with comfortable seating, beautiful lighting and great acoustics.

This gorgeous theatre is state of the art, with marvelous accoustics. It seats 693 in modern environment in an historic old building. Parking is attached to building so you do not have to face inclement weather.
