This is a great way to see the city. There are historical descriptions of Quebec on the walls which adds to the experience. La Ciel rotating restaurant on top of a nearby hotel also gives great views however for the cost this is the best...More

This building let you have a very relaxing good view of the city, in your own pace. The ticket is good for the whole day, so you can return and take another look if you want to.

Very nice views of Quebec City and the surrounding areas (I could even see the spray from the Chute-Montmorency, where we were earlier in the day!) Not much else up there apart from infograms on the walls. Spent roughly half an hour there. Was gutted...More
