The traversy Is not long, about 5-10 minutes, but is definitely a good activity to do, on summer or winter is a good activity. On summer is gorgeous, the view of the Chateau Hotel and the wonderful colors. On winter, I recommend just when the river is iced, a great and unique experience, must go!

I need to be mindful here. The ferry over to Levis is nice. Well run. Clean. Timely. Safe. Professional. Great views. It was winter so there was plenty of ice on the St. Lawrence River so watching the ferry cut through the ice was really cool. However, the town of Levis was a major disappointment. At least for us in... More

Fantastic experience hearing the ferry crack through the ice on the river, wrap up warm as it gets very cold if you wNt to stand outside although it was lovely and warm inside. Views of old Quebec were fantastic from the ferry, something you wouldn't see from the shore. Well worth the trip which takes about an hour - you... More

We needed to kill an hour before our lunch reservation so we hopped on the ferry. As it was December, the river was very icy and the city was covered in snow. We enjoyed our ride and came back on the next ferry. In warmer weather we wouold have taken a bit of time to walk around on the other... More

We took a ferry over the St Lawrence and back. On the way out we had some good views back over the city - nothing much at the other side - so just go for the ride.

We took this ferry on a cold, sunny day so that we could take photos of Old Quebec City, the Frontenac and the skyline. This was recommended in a tour book and the views were fantastic.

I go on this ferry almost every time I go to Quebec... it's a great activity with the kids, the price is good (and sometimes depending on the time of year the kids are free with an adult ticket..)... I often stay on the Levis side of the river, park at the ferry terminal and walk on the ferry to... More

Enjoyed the ferry trip in the evening with buildings glittering in light. Had a unique view of the city from the river. Good chance for photography lovers. There is not much to see in Levis.

A lovely and very affordable way to see the lights of Quebec City come to life in the evening. Nothing to do in the evening on the Levis side but enjoyed a quick walk and returned on same ferry.

Lovely way to enjoy the city. Very inexpensive. $14 for two return. While in Levi take a walk. You have to be fit as it is hilly and you will be winded if not. The view is fabulous.
