This is located outside the old city gate on the Saint Louis street. There is a fountain across the street and you can get ticket outside the entrance for a free tour.

We didn't go in but really enjoyed browsing in the vegetable and flower gardens as well as seeing the various statues but the most impressive part was the new fountain in the plaza, stunning.

You will see it since it is in the middle of the old town. The building is nice in front of a park and the cathedral.

Beautiful building and grounds. Unfortunately we were unable to get a tour, but still enjoyed admiring it out from the outside. If you appreciate viewing historic buildings and architecture, you will want to stop by.

A lot of history through these doors you will find this a great place to visit. A little tip - if you are staying outside the main City - use public transit. Many bus routes will let you out at the Parliament buildings
