Nice spa but needs some organization

I actually really love the concept and layout of this spa. I unfortunately went on a really busy Saturday night so it was very dirty in the locker room/shower area and there’s no one on staff periodically cleaning or refreshing the bathrooms. Clothes, underwear, personal hygiene products, hair you name it was literally everywhere. The hot tubs themselves were super crowded and the funniest part was watching everyone’s faces as you approach wondering if you’re going to get in with them or keep walking in the freezing cold weather looking for the next (crowded) hot tub. Before leaving I also enjoyed a light meal at the cafe which was pretty basic but tasty. Nonetheless, it was still a very enjoyable experience and I do recommended checking it out perhaps during a weekday if possible. The ONLY unpleasant part for me was the locker room and also clearly inebriated women who was ALL over the place and taking up way more space with her “things” than necessary. She actually had the audacity to keep peeking around the corner of the vanity to ensure that I wasn’t stealing her stuff (because, you know, I love collecting people’s used garbage when I travel haha).

Hello Ms. Crawford, Thank you for taking time to review your experience, your comments are important to us. We understand your disappointment regarding the locker room situation and we will make sure to do a follow-up about it. Hot, Cold, Woodsmoke, Snow!
Feb. 2020 • Couples
Everybody else has it covered: awesome baths, cold plunges, epic steam bath. It snowed while we were there and it could not have been more beautiful. Couple things to note: they are hardcore about keeping silent, do not even whisper if anybody besides you partner is nearby. Yes you must wear a bathing suit.

Hi Mr. Jeremy S, Thank you so much for your kind comments! We are truly happy to hear you had an amazing experience under the snow. We do believe that remaining silent is the best way to achieve a complete relaxation state of mind, which is why the spa is divided in two zones; a silent one and a whispering one. Again, thank you for your review, we hope to welcome you again in a near future for a magical moment! Émilie Mathis Chef d'équipe

Forced to wear wet rag.

Swimwear is required. Unacceptable as it is uncomfortable and unhygienic. In Europe, birthplace of Nordic spa, swims wear is typically not allowed.

Hello antonpug, Thank you for your comments. As mentioned by email, we are inspired by the Scandinavian concept for our facilities but we respect the traditions and customs here in Quebec. Nudity is not part of them which is why swimwear is mandatory. Thank you for your comprehension and we hope to welcome you again in a near future, Émilie Mathis Chef d'équipe

Simply amazing
Jan. 2020 • Couples
My husband and I visited the siberia spa while we were on vacation in the nearby area. We have been to other outdoor spas and this one is simply amazing. The property is small but provides an adequate number of hot and cold tub, saunas, and resting areas. We visited on a thursday evening and it was very quiet. There were no crowded pools and guests respected the silent areas of the spa. The eucalyptus and orange steam room was the best we had ever experienced, and we really appreciated the ice buckets supplied. We had the opportunity to dip into the lake on a -16c day. What an exhilarating experience! Facilities were very clean and staff professional. Our only recommendation would be to provide temperatures of the pools to help achieve the thermal experience, as many of the other spas we have visited have this feature. We will absolutely be back!

Very beautiful site. The place is really well prepared. I had a massage and spent 5h relaxing in the pools, hot and cold, at the sauna, and on the hammocks. I feel renewed!

We really enjoyed our time at the spa. Being outdoors in the snow was an awesome experience and truly a highlight of our trip. The massage was only okay though.

Loved the experience & serene atmosphere. The hot/cold/rest routine was perfect, even the dip in the frigid river. Wonderful way to spend half a day.

Eucalyptus Steam Bath
Dec. 2019
First time that we visited this spa. We started off with a couple massage. Before the massage started we were asked what areas of our body should be focused on. The techniques really loosened up tension and stress.

A staff member explained how the hot and cooling stations worked, the absolute best was the eucalyptus steam room, not too strong but very, very effective at relaxing you and decongesting you if you are feeling a little sick. Being outside in nature like that was very pleasant even with the snow!

Tip: It is a lot quieter after 12:30 PM. On Sunday's the spa is open for children from 9 - 12 PM and it is a bit chaotic.

Amazing until the spin cycle started
Dec. 2019 • Solo
I visited the spa last night. Loved the outside setting with hot tubs and cooling stations. Yurts and infrared sauna were very relaxing. Setting was amazing!

Massage was so-so at best but I was relaxed until the spin cycle of the washing machine started.

I can't believe that no one else has mentioned this. They must be washing the robes because the entire building literally started shaking about halfway through my massage. No way to get back into the zone after that!

Recommend that you request a massage room that is away from the washing machine.
