This tour takes you everywhere you'd probably want to go in central Quebec City, both old town and other parts of the city. The stops are well located. Good to combine with boat tour.

Not necessary but good value, from an information perspective. You can do the same on your own but to get the most out of this way is to do your homework about the sites to see.
