This was an unexpected treat! The museum is not very big so you'd don't have to worry about rushing through because of time. I learned way more than I thought I would here, I knew textiles in Canada and North America have a large history...More

Hoping for a history of fashion, we merely saw samples from local stores--only enough to fill one large room. The exhibit was small and disappointing. Even lingering over every display, we were done in under 20 minutes. For us, not worth the price.

Tucked down along the Champ de Mars, this compact museum displayed a collection 20th century fashion donated by their patron. Beautiful fabrics and designs abounded. Very friendly staff and a tour was in progress (in French) that looked interesting.
