Friendly staff. Very clean. The pool is awesome. Location is good! Upscale without being uptight. Effortless check in. Great dinner suggestions.

I don't know if it was the weekend/ Easter but on a Friday the whole subway system was empty. Couldn't ask any questions. Couldn't find these underground shopping areas. Very frustrating.
