The stadium is next to the old Olympic Stadium as well as the BioDome, Planetarium and a major movie theatre complex. For about $60 we were able to get tickets literally at half, right behind the Montreal Impact bench. The players come out of the tunnel for warmups just down and to the right of our seats, and the kids... More

Nice outdoor stadium built in 2008. It is located near Viau and Pie-IX Metro stations. The stadium holds 20,801 people. There is a few boutiques and quite a few food concessions. We went in June, it was so much fun. The atmosphere of The Montreal Impact game, is fantastic. Be aware that the game will go on regardless of the... More

visited this stadium for our first game in July. It was great atmosphere and overall we had a fun experience. The game we attended was sold out so the concessions were quite busy with long lines. This is a cash only venue which is important to note. They are also quick to send you back if you have bags with... More

If you're a soccer fan and can't get to Europe, Montreal Impact games at Stade Saputo are a fun experience, especially if you sit with the Ultras in the general admission area. The stadium is simple in design, but a great atmosphere, with many different food choices and a large souvenir shop.

Great sized stadium for a preseason game. It was my first time in Canada and I couldn't have asked for more. The vibe of the stadium during the game was decent but could've been better. Seating is excellent just wish there were more shops

I went to Stade Saputo to watch my first Major League Soccer game. The teams happened to be Impact Montreal and New York City FC. It was a sold-out game because the teams were both great and had big star players. The atmosphere was incredible and I was on cloud-9! The stadium was clean and there was no shortage of... More

I went to Impact Montréal vs. New England Revolution (soccer match) last weekend while visiting Montréal and really enjoyed it! The fans are enthusiastic, with flag-waving drum-beating groups at each goal end, but also very family-friendly. If you buy tickets online, bring your receipt with you (i.e. print out the email) and pick up tickets at will call - the... More

Staying in Olympic Park & Hochelaga-Maisonneuve (HoMa)

Neighbourhood Profile
Olympic Park & Hochelaga-Maisonneuve (HoMa)
Named for the Olympic Stadium complexes built for the 1976 games, the Olympic Park and the surrounding neighbourhood of Hochelaga-Maisonneuve (HoMa) make up an invigorated area dedicated to "Space for Life." Around the Olympic Village's arenas and stadiums, Rue Sherbrooke welcomes exploration of its sculpture gardens decorated in the works of Jean-Paul Riopelle and its museum culture headed by the historical Château Dufresne. Maisonneuve Park offers interactive experiences at its bio-dome, insectarium, planetarium, and botanical gardens. For a change of scene, the gentrified space along Rue Ontario Est is packed with the city's newest, edgiest cafes, where an imaginative, youthful crowd sips foamy cappuccinos. A visit here is incomplete without stepping into the vast halls of the Maisonneuve Market, with flower stalls, wine depots, and local produce.
