Our tour guide was very knowledgeable and tied the history of the city to the tastings in a great manner. My only suggestion would be to start the tour with coffee so we are wide awake!

I suggest you do this tour either the first or second day of your visit. You'll get a good feeling for the area, all the while sampling some great food. Gabe was great, offering lots of information. We thoroughly enjoyed the tour.
