Maybe. We had a person with a food allergy on our tour. They were able to easily accommodate her. Think you just have to identify yourself as vegan when you sign up

I would say yes as walking distance is moderate. There is a lot of standing rather than sitting to eat but other than that I would have certainly done it when I was pregnant.
