I booked this activity for myself and my husband. On the Expedia website it stated Guided Tour. When I rang they informed me they only had 1 instructor. Both myself and my husband didn't feel 100% confident riding alone so I asked if I could cancel and get a refund. I had only booked in 30 minutes before calling, I... More

David is the man. He truly gave us an insiders tour of the city. 3 hours almost isn't long enough. So much fun zipping through the streets of the city. We were able to get an insiders tour of Montreal...from Plateau to Mile End, Little Italy to downtown to Old Montreal and the river. The diversity of this city is... More

A group of six middle aged aussies decided to take this Montreal Scooter Tour today. What a blast!!! This tour was absolutely fantabulous. David was so thorough, such a good scooter driver and leader who kept our absolute safety number 1 throughout our four hour tour of Montreal. We scooted up the many streets, up the mountain to get city... More

My husband and I had a FANTASTIC time on a scooter tour. Our guide David was awesome – Funny, energetic, and attentive. We had the pleasure of meeting the owners – Daniel and his wife. They ran a great business and really will do anything to make sure the customer is happy. David even lent me his vest for the... More

We had a 3 hour private tour for 6 and our guide was David. Our ages ranged from early 40s to late 50s and we all got the hang of it within minutes. It really is pretty close to riding a bike and the dyads felt secure and were whisper quiet which made the tour really similar to bike riding... More

My friend and I spent a long weekend in Montreal. She booked the scooter tour for us - and I really didn't know what to expect until we showed up. I was a little nervous at first to drive the scooter, but the tour guide Pascoale and our safety guide Miken, were very helpful and patient in making sure we... More

My girlfriend organized this tour for three of us for our first visit to Montreal. Our tour guide Pascoal was friendly, funny and knowledgeable. We had a great morning with him. He ensured everyone was comfortable on the scooters before we headed out and never left anyone behind. It was such a fun and neat way to explore the Plateau... More

We had a few days in Montreal, and I decided to try the scooter ride since it sounded like a lot of fun, and a great way to see the city. I had a 10 year-old son, and he was allowed to ride with an adult. We had a lot of fun on the tour. It was fun riding the... More

Staying in Le Plateau Mont-Royal

Neighbourhood Profile
Le Plateau Mont-Royal
Go native in Plateau Mont-Royal, where bespoke shopping, hip eateries, and wacky paint jobs attract locals and transplants alike, making it one of the city's most diverse and distinctly authentic experiences. A creative hub, Montreal's artistic elite pack the cafes along Rue Saint-Denis, where young painters and fashion designers draw inspiration from the playful murals and stately Victorian homes that dot the Plateau's side streets. Not a major sightseeing destination, a visit to Plateau Mont-Royal allows you to enjoy a local perspective, soaking in indie films, latte art, contemporary galleries, and the city's best bagels. A center of polyglot culture, Québécois accents mingle with shades of Portuguese, Greek, and Hebrew in the area's iconic Mile End district, where restaurants straddle chic designer boutiques, serving up chorizo and caldo verde. Friendliest to those on foot, it's a jungle of colourful awnings and sidewalk umbrellas, pedestrian walks and luxury shopping.
