We had visitors from Germany and were looking for a great activity on a very hot, late summer weekend. We rented a voyageur canoe for 7 people and enjoyed paddling along the Lachine Canal. I found the staff to be very helpful and informative both...More

We took several members of our family kayaking. Our group included teenagers up to fifty plus. Everyone was perfectly happy kayaking down the protected canal. On the way we learned a great deal of history about the canal and the surrounding area. On the way...More

We had such a fun time on the canal on our kayak. We felt bad for the staff because the weather wasn’t the greatest as a rain storm hit us unexpectedly. There were people on the water who attacked the staff for things that were...More

Staff are great and the electric boats are a fun way to see the sights. You’ll get a different perspective from the water and enjoy seeing the yachts travelling to and from the locks.

A really great way to see Montreal, and some really scenic spots. Tour guide was excellent (and shared lots of interesting anecdotes that helped give you a sense of the city's history), and it's a really lovely spot to paddle.

We thought we would do a nice 2-hour trip on the canal with the kids and enjoy a perfect summer day. But we got an uncontrollable boat, an endless line of customers in front of us complaining and asking reimbursement, and an overall painful experience...More

I'm sorry your experience was a negative one. I can tell you without question that we do care and spend hours weekly fixing boats that are damaged by customers. Refunds are rare and our high rating and selection on numerous lists as one of the...More
