It's not very big and it's pretty dark inside. There is a couple bars and I think a cafeteria but no nice restaurants. We were there in the afternoon and about half the tables were closed. The games were pretty basic: Black Jack, Roulette and Craps. It's not the casinos fault but the people seemed pretty cold. Barely anyone was... More

My husband and I went to the casino as an outing. It was quite fun. We ate at the restaurant. The food was good. It wasn't amazing. Possibly the food at the buffet may have been better. We didn't watch a show so I cannot comment. We only played at the machine to pass some time. We didn't win anything...... More

We decided to go to Casino on our last night before leaving Montreal as far as we wanted to compare it with Atlantic City which we visited few times already. The Casino is definitely better than Bourgata which we used to stay in when going to Atlantic City and also we got lucky to win 1000$ on a slot machine... More

Great place to enjoy, have fun, very good food. Very good free music! You don't need to expend a lot of money to have a great time (if you control yourself and your pocket!!). Free parking (parking 12 near Victoria bridge) and free shuttle to the casino. You can try to find a parking spot under the casino, also free.... More

I spent a lot of time in here with friends and it was a lot of fun but when it came the time to eat since we were there for so long they had no Gluten Free food and we were all unable to eat Gluten so we left early then we were planning to.

While on the island and walking around the F1 circuit, we decided to stop in to have a look. Just another casino. All glitz with not much substance. The same mix of people worldwide in at 10am in the morning gambling. Cafes overpriced for a coffee. Not much directions from staff on how to catch a bus back to the... More

Staying in Parc Jean-Drapeau

Neighbourhood Profile
Parc Jean-Drapeau
The islands of Saint-Helene and Notre-Dame together make up the anchored fabric of Parc Jean-Drapeau. The mostly man-made grounds were built to be the site of the 1967 World's Fair, and the chiefly car-free space still retains its inherited carnival character. A wonderland of foliage and flora awaits at the Jardins des Floralies, with its expanse of pond-marked wetlands making it perfect for hiking, nature walks, and exploration. Old exhibitions still straddle the newest entertainment complexes, including the high-flying roller coasters of La Ronde Amusement Park and the brightly-lit Casino de Montréal. From the springtime on, families crowd the sandy beaches with candy-striped umbrellas, and rowers take to the Olympic Basin, where the spherical American Pavilion and the high brick Tour de Lévis provide an atypical backdrop. A short metro trip carries visitors and locals to this vacationing spot, providing leisure and activity outside of the inner city.
