The comedians are great- we happened to go on the 22nd anniversary - so the show was very long! And our backs were killing us - the worst chairs ever to sit on - we must figure out how to reserve a booth! It's a fun, easy, inexpensive night out ... good and drinks are reasonably priced, the show was... More

I hadn't been to a comedy club in years so i wasn't sure i would enjoy it. The host was funny!! The main act was John Beuhler - he was hilarious!! I hadn't laugh so much in years. He was crude but honest - i could relate to him. If you want a good laugh, check out his show!! You... More

I don't think I can add much here that hasn't been said. It's great price for a fun time. You really don't have to order food or drinks if you'd want to.

I attended Yuk Yuk's this past weekend and seen Darren Frost... he was just as crude as you could imagine but warning was posted... opening acts and MC Richard(Dick) Rider were awesome!!! The food is terrible!!! I ordered the chicken and it was cold. I sent it back and received another meat and it was also cold! Sent that back... More

Good venue. Great host introducing the acts. Saw darren frost..... my lord he's crude but hilarious if u can laugh. Place was crazy packed, guessing breaking a few fire codes lol. Took a long time to get drinks but tough to blame the servers. The acts flowed well with zero delays. Enjoyable evening

The ticket prices are definitely reasonable for the value of 4-6 comedians and a headliner comedian! Easy to find on-line and purchase tickets. Wait staff are friendly and efficient. Would return!

We picked a great night for this! There were about 10 acts and most of them were quite good. My husband and I were celebrating out birthdays so we both got in for free (which was sweeeet). Venue was decent, ladies room was clean and staff were helpful. We were seated in one of the long tables facing the stage... More

Most of the acts, including the host Andrew Johnston and featured act Adrian Cronk, were good and knew how to work a crowd so there were plenty of laughs to go around. None of them was offensive or annoyingly vulgar. Great and totally engaged crowd. Food and drink selection was standard, if a bit limited.

Comic invited interaction and when I responded (a bit about strobe and seizures) I was shut down. My seizures are due to a brain tumour "no one cares about your brain tumour" was weaved into his show thereafter. I approached the comic after and was swarmed by staff in defense. Highly in poor taste and insensitive especially if you are... More

We saw Alonzo Boden. He was absolutely hilarious. He has a great way of working with the crowd and seemed to stay off the cuff most of the night. The stage is elevated and makes it easy to see the performer. The servers worked hard and took care of everyone. I'd recommend this place for comedy.

Staying in Downtown West

Neighbourhood Profile
Downtown West
Downtown West is home to Toronto's gorgeous Inner Harbor, and is a must-visit for lovers of art and the outdoors. The area's rich cultural heritage is celebrated by a number of monuments and museums, giving the neighborhood a mature feel. As a premier destination for modern art, people here stroll through the cool contemporary pieces at the Power Plant, enjoy the outdoor installations along Queen's Quay and Canoe Landing, and picnic among the zany designs of the Toronto Music Garden. The waterfront itself is often suffused with bikers and joggers, and the harbor is always packed with classic ships with masts raised. The vintage boats and ferries to the Toronto Islands make for a charming contrast against Downtown West's backdrop of skyscrapers, condos, and food trucks serving up hot, fresh fare to locals on the go. The area has a peaceful energy, and is popular with tourists and Torontonians alike.
