Has pockets of beautiful houses, but there are many poor drab areas and it is overrated. To to Rosedale, Lawrence Park to see more beautiful homes

It is a great neighbourhood with many amenities within walking distance. There is a wide range of restaurants, a great park(Withrow)that has year round activities, tree lined streets, lovely homes and much more...

The way the houses were lit up for Christmas, I was attending a Service at MCCT on Simpson Ave. I like the area, a lot of nice homes, seems quiet, A lot of nice Shops in are.

My favourite thing to explore in this area is Riverdale Farm. It used to be the zoo when I was a kid. Worth exploring this little piece of country in the city.

Noe much to do, but it's a nice walk. If you have an hour or so to kill, go to Riverdale Farms or check out the farmers markets on the weekends.
