Great experience! Jen was very patient with me, as it was my first time and I was not a quick study :). She showed great knowledge and expertise on the technical aspects of Paddleboarding as well as the more health/spiritual benefits that the activity brings. Her equipment was all top notch and in really good shape. Her prices are very... More

Our group of 4 really enjoyed the Intro to SUP & Yoga class with Jenifer! She was a great instructor, professional and fun. It felt like we were out on the water with one of our friends. SUP is really fun and great way to spend a morning, and doing yoga on a paddle board was very peaceful. I would... More

Jenifer was amazing to deal with and helped to provide a special experience for our soon-to-be Bride and the the entire bridal party! Friendly, organized and knowledgeable from the start - Jenifer dealt with our group of 7 women perfectly: Taking time to make sure everyone was comfortable before entering the water, lending extra attention to our Bachelorette, and offering... I started paddle boarding with Osha in July and I can't get enough. Jenifer leads a challenging yet peaceful class - she is so patient and makes sure your experience on the water is a great one.

Jen is a calm and patient instructor. She led a wonderful couple of hours on Lake Ontario. I look forward to joining her again at some great spots that she knows well. I'm from Toronto and discovering there are some gems for paddleboarding I didnt know about.

Jennifer gave a good rundown before hitting up the lake. Good meetup location, steps away from the beach. My friend and I took the intro, and both felt super relaxed after. I would definitely consider doing the Humber Tour, after.

Each year we plan a group SUP and yoga event with OSHA. Our guests appreciate walking on water with Jenifer who is a patient and caring teacher helping empower and inspire all ages and abilities to get out and explore. Mix in a little yoga and its bliss.

Staying in West End

Neighbourhood Profile
West End
The go-to area for new business start-ups, the spry and creative persona of the West End thrives along its streets. Its independent boutiques, galleries, restaurants, and shops offer brands that can't be found elsewhere. Buildings with ground floor consumer spaces sport up-top artist's lofts, and the West End attracts artists, designers, and fashion industry professionals to its living quarters. It is in the cross-hairs of gentrification, but still resisting it with ironic relish. Hot deals can still be found here on furniture and knick-knacks,. Its call to culinary glory is in its well-priced homemade Polish food, hosting Toronto's go-to spots for hot pierogis and cold borscht. High Park, the largest green space in the city, is a place for dreamers and poets to wander and rest, not to mention a number of energetic actors staging outdoor plays in the summertime.
