Bluffers Park/Beach is amazing. The beautiful cliffs make you forget that you're in the middle of Scarborough. Being able to bbq and picnic right beside the sand is so convenient. The beach is long and wide and like I said earlier the cliffs are gorgeous!!!...More

Nice place to relax but parking is the main problem. You make the wrong parking and you get a ticket worth $100 or more.

Nice to walk around, but it can get busy on hot days, and crowded. There's a marina and snack bar and nice lake views.

Best beach in Scarborough. The hills and the lake at its best. It also has King Kong ice cream by the beach which taste awesome. Free parking and toilet. It also has boating. Best place to go in entire Scarborough.

It was still quite cool, about 0C, I saw people having picnics there. I always enjoyed walking around the park. The reason I gave a three rating this time was that washrooms were closed during cold weather seasons. But we do not need to pay...More

Zen just listening to the waves. Did not see anybody for hours. A lot of garbage and littering. Many little beaches. I managed to pick up all the garbage on two of these little beaches. Take a bag with and clean up behind you! Maybe...More

I have seen dogs there, and possibly in the water. A couple of others have mentioned this, but I can't remember if the dogs were off leash. There are lots of visitors, so maybe not.
