Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

On the Niagara Falls Day Tour, we stopped at Maple Leaf Place, The Niagara Floral Clock, The Niagara Whirpool (both which I did not know about until this tour), Skylon Tower, Niagara Falls & Downtown Niagara. Mel, our tour guide, was a wonderful narrator. I learned a lot about Canadian History through his story telling. Please consider booking with Niagara Day Tours, you won’t regret it!

It was an excellent experience. The weather was perfect, especially considering the time of year. Our driver/tour guide Micko was very knowledgeable, funny and helpful. I would definitely recommend this tour to others.

We found this tour to be an excellent way to experience Niagara Falls for a reasonable price.

Pickup is downtown near the Ripley's Aquarium and CN Tower. This was fantastic for us because we were staying at the InterContinental around the corner but even if you are further afield, it is quite easy to get to and makes the departure a lot faster and easier than having to go from hotel to hotel in the Toronto traffic to pick everyone up.

The journey down was pretty quick and once we were there we got to see all the top Niagara sights such as the floral clock, the whirlpool, a maple syrup shop and of course, the falls! A Hornblower cruise can be purchased as an add-on and I would highly recommend this, as the tickets are organised for you and the whole group gets to head straight down to the boat.

We had plenty of free time on our own in Niagara after the boat ride to walk around and see it for ourselves, lunch is not included but plenty of recommendations were provided and there are certainly heaps of places to choose from, ranging from quick snacks to table-service meals with a view.

Our driver/guide for the day Ralph was good, he kept things running on schedule, ensured we had plenty of time at the Falls and provided complimentary bottled water.

It is a bit "no frills" in that hotel pickup and meals aren't included, but this allows for increased flexibility and keeps prices down so I think it's great. Would definitely recommend!

From start to finish to tour was ups and downs. Our tour guide Mike was amazing. Picked us up on time, and fed us information about Toronto and Niagara.
The boat ride to the mist was amazing, but be warned you do get wet!!
Down the disappointment side was the meal that came with the package. We were told the buffet was cancelled due to the seasons so we was given a set menu and we picked what we wanted.
First downside, the restaurant was dead quite and yet took ages for the meals too arrive. And they didn't arrive at the same time either.
I had breast chicken which was very boring. My partner isn't a chief but could definitely add more flavour.
But the tour itself was amazing and took us to locations I didn't know.
Would recommend if they can provide a better menu

Our guide Melvin was extremely knowledgeable about Canadian culture and history, making the trip worthwile just for the bus ride alone. The view from Skylon Tower was impressive. I‘d skip the boatride next time, the view was underwhelming. Also, some reviews here are wrong, you don‘t get wet if you‘re careful.

Lots of activities enjoyable for all ages. The view of the falls from the hotels are amazing!! Would recommend staying 3 days total, 2 days to do activities on both the American and Canadian side, and a 3rd day to leisurely explore and shop for souvenirs!!
