I was made aware that Hugh's Room re-opened after their closure last January. Luckily for Toronto, the space was saved by a group of individuals that decided to revamp it. Now its nonprofit, run by a board of directors, with any profits going back into...More

Food service leaves lots of room for improvement. Prices are ok but service very slow and quality only acceptable. Lots of free parking across the street and close to public transit if that is your preferred way of traveling in Toronto. Most acts/performances are very...More

Easy to access with Uber!! We had a fabulous evening. Good food, wine, service! It was the up close atmosphere of the live and spectacular blues entertainment that made our evening one to remember. Thank you!!

Last night was our annual jaunt to Hugh's Room for the headline acts of the Tin Pan North extravaganza, a three-day celebration of the craft of writing Nashville-style country music. So should this be a performance review or a food review? Let's stick with food,...More

Great music, good food, friendly staff. Felt right at home upon walking in. Met up with family from out of town for dinner and live music. Will definitely be back. Hit final event of blues series for season...wowed by performance of Crystal Shawanda (country/blues).
