This harbour cruise was a great way to see the Toronto skyline, and a very nice trip for a sunny day. The tour guide was very knowledgeable and willing to answer questions.

Take a look at my photos to see what I mean. It looks like someone bought an old decrepid boat and is trying to make money on it. There is no way it is up to safety code. The mens bathroom ceiling is collapsed....on the lifejackets...that are piled there....

I bought a groupon deal for this dinner cruise for me and my friend coming from Kazakhstan. After I sent in the request for two spots, I received an email saying the confirmation would be sent in 7 days. They charged my card. 30 days later, I still haven't received an email so I called the company. The man on... More

Then I was sent an email saying I would receive my tickets for the cruise in 7 days but I never heard from them again. I called the number on my groupon voucher so many times but... More

Everything from the directions to locate parking, to arriving for our cruise at 11 was terrific. Land employees were very knowledgeable about local eateries. Captain of cruise did a very entertaining job ND satisfied everyone aged 7-70

We were part of big group, unfortunately, experience was not so good. Starting with loading dock, even for us living in Toronto, it is in the middle of nowhere. Initial experience before boarding, not so good. Boat is old and not maintained properly. Loading was ok, but then we didn't start the tour until approx 20 min late. Boat is... More

But the additional $40 ($20 each)we had to pay was not refunded. We e-mailed omar 3 times with no reply. This is a scam. Boat is old and... More

Staying in Downtown

Neighbourhood Profile
At the heart of Toronto, Downtown is the destination for cheap eats and fast fashion. Cut through by hip and trendy Yonge Street, the vibe here is young, with a strong student influence from the Ryerson University Campus. As a result, the Downtown area is always in flux: undergoing the construction of new facilities, with fresh retail spaces and pop-up cafes. Home to Toronto's largest indoor shopping mall, a number of vintage cinemas, and a healthy nightlife centered on the area's Distillery District bar and clubs near the East End, it's both an easygoing daytime spot and a popular party place after sunset. It also features some of Toronto's best outdoor landmarks, including Yonge-Dundas Square and the Nathan Phillips Square: perfect for a concert, a skate, or a relaxing sit-down.
