I stumbled upon the start of the bus and decided to hop on. The tour guide was very informative. It was a good way to see everything in the city when it is so cold outside.

We were given the Toronto City Pass as a gift for the kids for Christmas... But we then had to spend the $175 for 2 adult passes (not a good gift). So far we have been to the aquarium, cn tower, and science centre. Honestly, the CN Tower and Science centre need updating badly. They haven't changed much since I... More

Buying this ticket was great value for money. We had 7 days hop on, hop off bus use around the city, a boat trip to see the Islands and also a bus trip to Niagara Falls. Fantastic value for money

Tour guides can make or break experiences like this. He was polite, professional and extremely knowledgeable. We were entertained and fed information all day. I wouldn't call it a "luxury coach" as advertised, but it was good value nonetheless.

Tour was interesting and bus driver Michael was very informative. However due to no fault of the driver the quite old bus broke down and delayed us for approx 1.5 hours until a new bus was called and arrived. Apart from this tour went well.

My husband and I did the Niagara Falls tour recently with the MIB, "professor" Michael. It was excellent. Michael was both knowledgeable and entertaining and the day flew by. We obviously visited the Falls (which are impressive) but we also stopped for lunch at the lovely Niagara on the Lake and tried some ice wine on the way back to... More

Not all tour guides are created equal. We had one that seemed to be reading everything - and another who loved the city at its rich history. That was way more interesting. Either way, these bus tours are a great way to shuttle around town and learn about it at the same time.

With only one day in Toronto I chose this tour as it offered a comprehensive tour of the city. Resonable priced at $45 for the day. This is a single loop tour with 21 stops. Also includes a 45 minute cruise. Buses are clean and mostly modern, but for those want the London experience there is an old London bus.... More

We booked a tour to the Niagara Falls and Niagara on The Lake. We had so much fun on our trip. We went to the journey behind the falls, then we ate at Elements with an amazing look to the falls. Later we went to the town of Niagara on the Lake and saw the shops and the small town.... More

Staying in Downtown West

Neighbourhood Profile
Downtown West
Downtown West is home to Toronto's gorgeous Inner Harbor, and is a must-visit for lovers of art and the outdoors. The area's rich cultural heritage is celebrated by a number of monuments and museums, giving the neighborhood a mature feel. As a premier destination for modern art, people here stroll through the cool contemporary pieces at the Power Plant, enjoy the outdoor installations along Queen's Quay and Canoe Landing, and picnic among the zany designs of the Toronto Music Garden. The waterfront itself is often suffused with bikers and joggers, and the harbor is always packed with classic ships with masts raised. The vintage boats and ferries to the Toronto Islands make for a charming contrast against Downtown West's backdrop of skyscrapers, condos, and food trucks serving up hot, fresh fare to locals on the go. The area has a peaceful energy, and is popular with tourists and Torontonians alike.
