No timetables at any bus stop. Website offers no timetable details, only departure times from specific stops. Impossible to plan properly or change routes in transit without a clunky and very frustrating mobile phone experience. Tried twice to get to Casa Loma but twice gave...More

The subway is clean and covers a good part of the city. Certainly many of the areas tourists will visit. However, unlike major cities like London, Barcelona and Paris, they seem to discourage tourists from using the system. Tokens are available only at the booths...More

Terrible experiences with TTC Toronto. They sell tokens... but you can’t use them unless it’s a “main” entrance. For example, at St-Clair/Yonge, had to walk around from entrance to entrance... when i got to the “main » entrance, there was no-one in the booth!!! Why do...More

The TTC (Take The Car) system is very poor in comparison to other cities of its size. If you are a tourist make sure your hotel is very close to one of the 2 subway lines.

Was there on a weekend and our hotel employees advised taking the TTC. Drove to the end station (free parking on weekends!!) and with day pass could drive around all day. Was a bit of construction but very well organized shuttle buses. Respect!!

I do like a tram and here in Toronto there are many. That said the roads are slewed with overhead cables and the junctions look like they're aiming for mass hypnosis such is the prevalence of the cabling. Anyway - they work and are clean...More

The subway is dead easy to use and staff are super helpful but we’ve struggled to locate the stations sometimes due to construction work and poor signage. Other than that the process of using them has been good. We also used the buses to get...More

The TTC is a good way to get around the downtown core and into some of the neighbourhoods like Greektown and St Clair West, but for other areas you still have to take the bus or streetcar. An expanded subway would be nice but don’t...More

Midtown
Midtown is a dynamic part of Toronto with some of its
most stylish high-rise residences and heritage

from one luxury brand to the next, taking advantage of
the proximity of high-end shops. The reflecting pools,
jogging trails, and nature treks of the Rosehill
