Beautifully restored and well maintained historical site. Interesting details about the Northwest Co. a Hudon's Bay Co. rival. Lots to do. Give yourself three hours to take a trip into the past. Well worth the entry fee. Very little if any kitsch. Good souvenir shop...More

A great Fort and an amazing site. Had a nice time checking it out even off season. Their summer programs and stuff look really neat. Be sure to walk the entire perimeter and through the woods. Take a moment to imagine the times. Feel the...More

Friends were visiting from out of town & we brought them here. It was a great experience for young and old. The kids didn’t want to leave.

At least 2 to 3 hours. Take your time, enjoy the farm and aboriginal encampment. Many buildings and stories to be told by the actors.

Sometimes there are sponsored events outside the fort by the parking areas. I would check the event schedule to see what might be happening in July. Enjoy your visit!
