The grounds were beautiful and the lake was warm and clear. The only thing is that you have to drive on roads that are winding around corners so instead of going the given 60km I would go 40-50km. The only issue is that 3 out...More

Provincial Parks are favorites for us to camp when travelling. The quality of campsite and facilities are a high standard generally. This park however was awful... crowded, in poor repair, densely packed, many seasonal campers, AND the access road is 10 km of terrible potholes...More

This park is loaded with Maple trees. It is the most beautiful park to visit in autumn. The air is magical with the smell of maple trees all around. The colours are fantastic. A definite MUST to see if in the area Mid October

We toured this area of the province and stayed at 7 different parks, and this was one of our favourites. We were lucky enough to have one of the waterfront sites and very much enjoyed easy access to the water for kayaking and SUP. It...More

We arrived to this little known Ontario gem and immediately fell in love. We had a great site on the water (even steps that went into the water) and we didn't pay more for being right on the water. Our site was ample in size...More

Stayed here for 3 nights during August. It was quiet and peaceful and we were blessed to have a gorgeous campsite on the water. Beach is beautiful and the general area is well-kept. Bathrooms need a serious update, though. Also, I wouldn't stay here for...More

Check out the Ontario Parks website and look for Fairbank Park. Each park has its own link under the umbrella website. I know that there is a boat launch there but I have never used it myself.
