Great place to take the Grandkids

We took 3 of our grandchildren here and they had a great time. There is so much for them to see and do.

Great if you can keep the young ones focused. The staff really tries their best. Amazing butterflies! Some neat science exhibits too, interactive!

Went to the adults night which was a fun night. Drinks and science was a great idea. Would recommend to any vistor to check it out. Parking is $5 during the day which is a bit annoying as the day ticket is pretty pricey. Park up the road accross the street and wander down if it's a nice day along... More

We took my 3-year-old nephew to Science North; he had the time of his life. He's been a few times and doesn't seem to tire of the place. We had to nearly drag him away from his favourites (the pirate ship playground, the race track, the inventions exhibit). We spent about 3 hours inside and could have spent many more.... More

There is just so much hands-on stuff to do and lots of great shows and activities! The forest fire 4d theatre was awesome, although I hear it might be going away - hopefully to be replaced by something bigger and better - but go see it while it's still around! The 'ready, set, move!' theatre was also pretty amazing. I'd... More

Lots to see and do. We spent most of the day there and the kids didn't want to leave. The gas demonstration was one of our favorites, and the "blue coat" was fun and upbeat making the learning more fun. The water and sand table was one of the kids' favorite interactive displays. We will be back.

We had a great day today! Kids 7 and 4 were completely engaged. Highlights were the race cars on the 4th floor, flying squirrels, forest fire 4-D show. We especially enjoyed the object room on the 4th floor, keeping away the fog. We did it 2x! So much fun!

Science North is great for kids and teenagers. They offer an interactive and interesting experience. There's no better way to learn science than playing with it. It's worth spending the day when you're visiting Sudbury. Parents can partake on the fun too. Enjoy.

Our fun visit to Science North in Sudbury was a rewarding journey. Firmly established in a gigantic rock formation there are many floors of discovery where interactive displays, video studios, curious animals and live demonstrations are all part of the fascinating learning curve. Understandingly, the center was heavily populated with families and while the children were the most vocal when... More
