This ship has had a bevy of owners. The current owner is trying to make it a "go to" spot for meetings, rentals and just a fun place to be. This ship is in very sad shape. She is not being restored to its prime...More

If you are in the area, have a mild interest in ships and looking for something low cost to do for a couple of hours this is it. The ship is in a bit of disrepair but it was still interesting to go through.

Went to "Rock the Boat"! They had AMAZING vendors, and the work being done is coming along very well! It is evident that when it was converted to a ferry they made alterations but the crew there is working hard to make it look like...More

We were glad we went when we did as sadly we learned that this ship is to be taken to Chicago. It was tied at the dock and he was able to see it and take pictures.

In her day, she sailed between Tobermory & Manitoulin Island, carrying cargo & people. Had a sister ship, I believe was the Norisle. Hard to believe a ship of this size plied the waters of Georgian Bay. Now replaced with the MV. Chee Chee Man.

I was just killing time in the soo for the day and saw this museum and thought $6 Canadian wasn't bad. Lots of interesting things. Like others have said, some parts need a lot of work, but from the signage I gathered that it is...More

I'm a fan of history but this place just grossed me out. Found it dirty and smelly. My child found being on a ship fascinating but I couldn't wait to get out. Make sure you have an update tetnus injection!

Pretty cool to tour a retired passenger vessel. Not the cleanest in the area but very fun to walk around and see the insides. Would have been nice to see the engine room but that is closed off. The wheelhouse and most other areas are...More
