Visited the farm and paid $8 admission. We were told we could walk around. There are nice fields of vegetables growing all neatly tended to. We walked the Wildflower walk but since most of the flowers were lupines, they were not in bloom in July. I'm sure they're very pretty in May and June when they're in bloom. We looked... More

As an old guy I am not much interested in the kids stuff. But for me the trip into a bygone era was most interesting. A rare find.

Great for all ages...hay rides in spring, summer and fall and sleigh rides in the winter. Experience life as it used to be. Farmer Bob does an amazing job of entertaining locals and tourists alike with flower mazes, corn mazes, goat walk, and animal barn. Hay rides and sleight rides are a must!

My fiance and I have gone here a few times, and by far my favourite thing to do in the fall - haunted maze in the dark, bring a flashlight and rain boots. You will have fun!

The history of the buildings is not documented by the facility. Eg. the log cabin is known to have been inhabited near Carp Creek by Susan (Fletcher) and Josiah Griffis. They married in 1886 and had 6 children. Josiah died in 1899 but Susan and the children lived there into the 1900s. Susan died March 20, 1941. The cabin was... More

We love going here at various times of the year....theres always something going on...winter sleigh rides (booked event), wildflowers, corn maze, feeding and petting animals...buying pumpkins and gourds,,,,,just a peaceful and fun filled day to spend with your family. Fairly accessible with a wheelchair. No washroom facilities though as far as I know.

Not much for adults but kids seem to be having a good time. Corn maze was fun when we went last time. Wagon rides are always fun.Kids are looking forward to it again

My sister took a side-trip to visit "Farmer Bob" after hiking in Hiawatha Highlands (the two can be easily combined as one day of fun). She especially loved meeting the goats - a friendly, cuddly baby, and two adults who climbed on a goat playground. There is a wildflower labyrinth, and gorgeous little church.

For the past two years we have gone on a sleigh ride at Mockingbird Hill Farm. It has become a family tradition for us to have go on one when our grand daughter is in town for Christmas. The scenery is so beautiful with the trees full of snow and when the sun is out it is absolutely gorgeous. It... More
