Good source of information about the local area and its amenities. everyone we came in contact with was pleasant, helpful, and knowledgeable about the area and its history. Get the Adventure/ WEGO bus passes here. There are also several shops and restaurants in the building....More

Good souvenir shop and cafe. If you go outside you have a greAt view of the river coming thundering down to the falls

Neat little gift shop and the place where you can make the incline rail, go to journey behind the falls, and even walking distance to the flower garden if that's something you want to see.

Beautiful 2-story building housing historical information, fine dining, access to area excursions as well as a gift shop. Very accessible to all.

Great venue and have been there many times. Great stores for gifts and to eat as well. Will go back again the next time we are there for sure.

This is mind blowing. The mist from the water is just unbelievable and the amount of water that moves over the falls. This is where you get your tickets to all other falls attractions. Get your tickets and go under the falls and out right...More

Nice selection of souvenirs. Nice view of the falls too. Great place. Get your souvenirs there if you see them as you probably won't see them elsewhere.

Nice selection of souvenirs for those wishing to make a purchase. The nearest perspective on the falls comes from here (my opinion) where you can see the amount of water pouring over the edge

Great spot to start. Usual gifts and whatever to attract you to buy stuff. But here is where to get to Journey Behind the Falls

We did the tunnels and the 'ride', which was surprisingly good fun and informative as well. Comprehensive shops and selection of places to east are all in the same complex. Easy parking and well worth a visit while you are at this fantastic place.

There is paid parking just across the street. I believe it is $10 for the day in the winter.

Buy a Niagara Falls adventure pass-- google it, it was the best deal, it gets you into everything you need including a 2 day hop on hop off bus (WEGO) that takes you to all the attractions. Also, find a wine tour on trip... More
