My family had such an awesome time here. Thought we'd show the kids and be back on the road after an hour...nope. This place had soo much beauty to see, we ended up there for 3 hours. Lots to see and the park grounds/path were...More

This is one of the most wonderful things that I have done. Niagra falls is as gorgeous at night as it is during the day. We walked around for hours and words cannot describe the force and beauty of this natual waterfall. We were going...More

I have been to the Falls many times and it still amazes me how beautiful and majestic they are. The family attractions, like the giant Ferris wheel near Clifton Hill are a real treat for all ages.

If you go to Canada this is a must do. The falls are amazing to see and to experience. You can get wet but that's part of the experience. Better on a clear day but great on a wet day too

What an awesome sight. Great in the day time and spectacular at night. Get a hotel on the Canadian side and enjoy the view!

The view here is amazing!! Definitely worth taking the time to see even if you stopped by on the New York side. I think the Canada side has much better view!

Great views all around. I had the opportunity to see the river side of the falls and it was like being one with nature. Such an awesome experience.

It never gets old to visit the falls. I have been coming here for 44 years and always enjoy a visit. They have done a good job making it pedestrian friendly. It is also accessible for strollers. It can get really crowded in the summer...More

This was our first time at the Falls. It was so unbelievably beautiful. We went on the Maid of the Mist during the day and Hornblower at night. It was a perfect anniversary.

The falls never disappoint. The Canadian side continues to develop into a more sophisticated venue. The US side has a better park to view than in the past. This town deserves several days to see it all and relax while doing so. Book well in...More

Unsure never been to that side of the Falls, but I did see that they had the "Maid of the Mist" which is a smaller boat and that too will take you right up to the falls, and you will have the same experience.
We are flying into Toronto with 2 young children (6 & 4 years old) and had planned 2 nights in Toronto (arrive 6pm first day) in mid October to give us 1 day to see the sights. Planned to then head to the Falls for 1 night and 1 day. After Niagara heading into USA to drive to Boston then onto NY. A few questions : 1. is there enough to do in Toronto that would interest young children or should we head straight to the Falls from the airport and have 3 nights so we can do the boat trips, visit the Lake town etc? 2. we had planned to only pick up a hire car on the USA side but will it be difficult to get around Canada with the family and no car? Is it easy enough to pick up a car in Canada and drop it off in NY? 3. can we take the kids on the boat ride at the Falls? 4. any other tips suitable to make our first visit to Canada a memorable one?

We did not go to Toronto. But there is plenty to do in the Canadian side of Niagara Falls. And I saw kids who were very young go on the boat ride. There is also Journey Behind the falls which is pretty cool. And I saw young... More
Will be travelling for 2 weeks and ending in Niagara Falls. I really want to stay on the Canadian side but I'm flying into Buffalo. Don't want to spend a bunch of time in a taxi or shuttle trying to get across. Would it be possible to take a cab to Rainbow Bridge, walk across with semi-heavy bags, and then take a taxi at Rainbow Bridge to the Mariott (Canadian side)?

We rented a car also cheaply but be forewarned parking is expensive at hotels. Wouldn't recommend walking across border, not sure if they let you on this bridge. We had no troubles crossing and was no wait going either... More
