Interesting place to visit only a few blocks from our hotel, which the staff mentioned to me, well worth a visit to an important battlefield, interesting signage but google got me more.

On one side of very busy Lundy's Lane is the Cemetery & Memorial and a couple of explanatory plaques. On the other is the park with the rest of the plaques. the site can easily be found as their is a huge depiction of battle...More

For those facinated by history . Imagine when standing on this hill 3000 men fighting in 1813 right where you stand . Go to the museum first .

I guess you can't call a cemetery "nice", but it was well maintained, and definitely an indicator of the area's history.

Very quiet cemetery with several cool memorials. It also gives you a chance to see the new road wide banner.

If you want to know about the battle of 1812, go to the museums or the forts nearby,p. It is interesting to be at the battlefield if you are a real history buff.
