This is a great place for all ages. You can learn about local history in the period. Many of the attractions have came from local and surrounding areas. Good to spend the day touring and it is a destination spot for many school trips. Need to visit.

Great location to visit, explore and learn something new about the the local history, love that they have relocated actual historic buildings here - that are open to walk through and appreciate.

Wonderful place to visit and acquaint oneself with general life and dwellings of the region. The place offers an opportunity to explore nature and some outdoor activities nearby the village.

Having to take babies out of the stroller every time we stop was really frustrating and it was too hot to wear the baby the whole time. But... More

This was an extremely interesting place to visit. Shame we didn't have longer to spend here. Very well laid out and exhibits very good. Staff all helpful and friendly, they all dress up in period costumes. Children would enjoy it here too.
