Storybook Gardens is a storybook themed outdoor park owned and operated by the City of London Parks and Recreation Department. Opened in 1958, Storybook Gardens provides a fun day of play and learning for families with young children. Park features in the summer season include several outdoor play structures, six amusement rides, a large splash pad, a sand and water play area, and music and dance at the outdoor stage. Open year round, the park also offers winter skating on the beautiful 250 metre outdoor skating trail. Storybook Gardens has been voted "Best Tourist Attraction" in the London Free Press "Best of London" readers poll for four years running, and has twice been awarded the "Best Value, Family Attraction" award by readers of WestJet's Up! magazine.

Although we didn't find their animals anymore some other improvements were done in that place. Kids 2-10 will have fun there.

We have been to Storybook many times in the summer but it was so special to go skating there in the winter. The trails with the lights and the little buildings all make it so special.

This was my first time at the Gardens. I️ was totally impressed. Great staff. Beautiful location. Lovely Christmas decorations and music on the ice rink. Friendly concession staff. And to top it off, amazingly great French fries!! Yum!! Highly recommend the skating here!!

This park is full of nature and lots of trees. Great park for walking, paved walkways. Could even ride bikes through park with walkers, lots of room.

This is a nice place to take your children. There is lots for them to do and see. It is also very reasonably priced.

Anything on the grounds of Storybook Gardens is covered by the admission price. The splash pad is outside on the grounds of Springbank Park and is free. There is a larger one in Storybook Gardens that is covered by the... More
