Rides not running although it is late in the season but overall not a bad place to take younger kids for a day out

hello , yes the storybook gardens are open in October as well. they are open year around.

Hello, I do believe that there are wheelchairs available on arrival for those that may be in need of them. They are free to use within the park. There is also a water wheelchair that can be used in the splash pad.
